A helping hand from Huntlee

Huntlee has declared August First Home Buyers Month, with a very attractive incentive to help the dream of home ownership become a reality sooner.

Huntlee Sales Director, Robert Crane, said Huntlee has long had a commitment to helping first home buyers.

“For several years, we’ve offered the Huntlee Accelerate program to encourage consistent savings patterns,” said Robert.

“With Accelerate, we match the savings of first home buyers dollar-for-dollar up to $5000 – very handy for anyone saving for a deposit.

“For the month of August, we’re going to add an additional $5000 cash bonus for first home buyers who purchase a block of land in Huntlee.

“That means they can access a potential $10,000 in bonuses from Huntlee and, when you add that to the government’s $10,000 First Home Buyers Grant, home ownership becomes a whole lot more attainable for a wide range of people. And if your new build is worth less than $750,000, you’ll also pay no stamp duty.

“So that’s $20,000 in cash and NO stamp duty – a major helping hand in anyone’s language!” added Robert.
